Shipments Prohibited by Law / Private Express Statutes

It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure that a shipment tendered to Norco Overnite does not violate any federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations applicable to the shipment.

Account holders who attempt to ship prohibited items through Norco Overnite may be subject to having their account terminated and fines or criminal penalties assessed by the state or local government authorities.
