Next Day Remote: Delivery between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to business locations, and between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to residential locations, Monday through Friday. By default, signatures are required for release at business locations. However, if access to a destination is available and the package can be left securely, the shipment may be released without a signature unless otherwise specified. Residential shipments may, by default, be delivered and released without obtaining a signature unless otherwise specified.

Many large or secured institutions like hotels, hospitals, government offices, military installations and campuses often take additional delivery time due to size, parking limitations and special delivery or security procedures. Because of these circumstances, and due to the limited time allotted for delivery on this service, our delivery commitment time is 90 minutes later than the selected delivery deadline Not available to all areas.

A $5.00 charge over the NextDay rate applies for this service. The added surcharge reflects the extra costs associated with making a delivery in the remote reaches of our geographical coverage and will affect less than 1% of all shipments.
