2nd Day Remote:  Delivery within 2 days, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to business locations, and between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to residential locations, Monday through Friday. . By default, signatures are required for release at business locations. However, if access to a destination is available and the package can be left securely, the shipment may be released without a signature unless otherwise specified. Residential shipments may, by default, be delivered and released without obtaining a signature unless otherwise specified. If Norco Overnite is unable to deliver your shipment after the third attempt the shipment will be returned to the shipper.

Many large or secured institutions like hotels, hospitals, government offices, military installations and campuses often take additional delivery time due to size, parking limitations and special delivery or security procedures. Because of these circumstances, and due to the limited time allotted for delivery on this service, our delivery commitment time is 90 minutes later than the selected delivery deadline

The added surcharge reflects the extra costs associated with making a delivery in the remote reaches of our geographica, which account for less than 2% of the population. Some areas may require more than two days due to rural road conditions or access limitations.
